Vien Huong is a restaurant that one could dine at or host a wedding/birthday party at. Either way a dish to always get (or get served) is the scallion and ginger lobster. Freshly picked from their lobster tanks these lobsters are generally huge. Then lightly battered, deep fried, and sautéeded in a soy gravy with scallions and ginger. It's easily described as finger licking good.
