Prawns with Lobster Sauce was part of my "night before the game meal" a couple nights ago at Chi Cafe in Chicago's Chinatown district. I love Chi Cafe's version of this dish, which really varies depending on where you go. A lot of Chinese places have much more of a white egg-based sauce for this dish, but Chi Cafe does it right with a brown black bean based sauce with scallions and ground pork. Huge menu with pictures and reasonably priced. Packed with locals and lots of Chinese people, which is always a good sign! Excellent!
