Betty is the sister restaurant of the beloved Crow. And like Crow, the menu is small & the food is exceptional. The star of the menu at Betty is the Steak Frites.
The ribeye is perfectly seasoned & seared. Cooked to an exact medium rare and finished with a red wine sauce. This steak rivals any of the fancy Seattle steakhouses without any of the pretentiousness and at half the price.
The hand cut fries are also excellent - hot & crispy.
