This bigtime dish is basically a ceviche of octopus, scallops, shrimp, tomatoes, red onions, radishes and habenero peppers piled high atop three tortillas. It rates as 3 Peppers on the Tostaderia spice scale, which is plenty spicy. The heat really builds as you eat it and it only gets better with a few drops of the available hot sauces. The fish and veggies are all amazingly fresh, while the tortillas are prepackaged. Not to worry this dish is still bigtime, but I would really love to try it with a freshly cooked tortilla.
