Ricotta Gnocchi with Lamb Bolognese at FIG Restaurant in Charleston, SC. FIG is owned by James Beard Award winning chef Mike Lata and is terrific. This dish is absolutely BIGTIME!! One of my favorite pasta dishes of all time. The gnocchi just melts in your mouth and the lamb bolognese has great flavor and complements it well. It's an absolute must try dish if you are ever in Charleston! We ran this one back a few times and it tasted just as good the third time as the first time. If you don't like this dish, then I don't want to eat pasta with you!
