Huge shoutout to GTF (@garythefoodie) for recommending this place. Though terrific pasta is quite plentiful in and around the LA area, Felix Trattoria may be the top dawg. Even though it's a relatively new establishment, the pasta tastes like the chef has been honing his craft for decades. Everything we had while dining here was outstanding, and the menu rotates frequently, but the ingredients for this bigtime rigatoni dish (pictured) are: guanciale, pomodoro and pecorino romano DOP. Please do not ask me what all of those words mean. If you love pasta, you will love this place. I also loved the Tonnarelli Cacio e Peppe - this place is bigtime!
