Chef Dyan Ng is the pastry chef at Wit & Wisdom and is an absolute All-Star! She's like that elusive stretch four that everyone is looking for but can't seem to find. She's able to make desserts for the whole Four Seasons Hotel while also slinging in the Wit & Wisdom Kitchen. This is her take on a Brioche French Toast. She used the Fir leaves to serve it (lighting some branches on fire) in order to evoke an aroma. The toast was super balanced, off menu and created just from Chef's imagination. Eating a whole dessert tasting instead of a full dinner is something everyone should try here.
